Our Executive Coaching focuses on leaders heading to the next level.

We focus our Executive Coaching practice on leaders transitioning to the next level. We work with Executives who are high-performing, high-potential leaders taking on new/bigger roles, leading new businesses or integrating into new organizations.

We empower leaders to craft their own unique leadership story. Our goal in coaching is to bring out that leadership in a way that is authentic, visionary and clear to others. We believe that executive leaders have the power to excel within themselves, and through coaching, we can bring out that excellence. Our coaching approach and practices are in accordance with the Code of Ethics set forth by the International Coaching Federation. 

We are unique in that we have front-line business experience as well as expertise in leadership, management and diversity. We use various psychometric assessments with our clients such as the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument and the Hogan Suite among others. Our coaches have many years of experience coaching in the financial services, technology, media and other industries.

Corporate - We typically partner with organizations and structure coaching engagements for a set time-period. Contact us for more information on coaching programs and fees for your organization.

Non-profit - Each year we offer a limited number of coaching engagements to non-profit leaders (Executive Directors, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Administrative Officers etc.) If you are a non-profit leader or Board member, please contact us for more information on our non-profit leadership acceleration program fees.

*Our coaching program is incredibly bespoke to the leader with whom we are working. Length of engagement may vary, and as such, fees may vary as well.
