Unconscious Bias Program

Partnered with a leading research organization/consultancy to design and deliver a program on unconscious bias. This was an end-to-end project which involved designing the program content and materials for a global audience, screening and training facilitators on the unconscious bias research and program content and delivering the program to over 2200 participants globally.

Customized 360 Feedback Assessment and Offsite for CFO Executive Team

Partnered with the Chief Financial Officer of a financial services firm to deliver 360 feedback to individual members of the CFO executive team. Following the feedback coaching sessions, the CFO Executive Team was gathered for a half-day offsite focused on the group feedback and leadership development of the team.

Talent Engagement and Culture Consulting

Consultant to Country Head of an Asset Manger on talent engagement and culture enhancement. As a result of a merger, the number of employees in the country were more than doubling overnight. The challenge this leader faced was integrating the new employees into the existing organization, and creating a culture that would engage this new talent so they would want to stay with the company. We developed a nine-month strategy that could be executed by leaders in the office with support from our team.
